By my formal education, I am a mechanical engineer. After working for over five years for central government PSU, at twenty-eight, I stepped into this field as a complete beginner. The one belief that moved me into IT field was: “You can earn independently and from anywhere with little financial investment. A decent computer with an internet connection is just you need.” I began my journey by enrolling in a local institute. In six months, I got my basics cleared and left the institute. For next one year, I was in front of computer, morning to night, reading about programming and practicing it. After sometime in this routine, I discovered that the only way to become an expert software developer—a deep desire in my heart—is not to go after tips-and-tricks, but learn everything systematically and deeply. Books and courses, I found, and still believe, are the best guide to such learning.  I read, I heard, I practiced. I am following this routine for last ten years at least seven hours a day. I acquired comprehensive knowledge on how to develop, maintain, and scale a software and how to keep it under control no matter how large it becomes.

Gradually, I came to know that one thing of supreme importance got missed—Design. Design is not only about aesthetics; it’s about doing all the thinking and bearing all the pain—while creating a product—so your users don’t have to—while using it. I put equal effort in learning how to design products that are not only visually pleasing but are most sensible, most convenient, and least painful to their users. Designing such products is hard, that’s why they are rare.

Web Designer

Assisted in design decisions

Nine years earlier, I started my journey as a web designer. While doing my job, I never considered it just a job; I was driven by the desire to work, learn, and grow. Everything I did, I did it wholeheartedly. I often stayed late in the office doing way more than they expected. My boss was very happy for what I was doing for the company, but my colleagues were uncomfortable. They thought, I was trying too hard to impress the boss. But deep down, I knew my real intentions—learning and growing as fast as I can. I never bothered explaining anything to anybody. After three years into the job, my boss offered me to deal with clients directly and promoted me as team leader. It was the turning point of my life. In every project I undertook, I focused on deeply understanding and meeting the clients’ needs. Many times, I spent hours conversing, attentively listening, and offering guidance to my clients. Each project I worked on concluded with utmost satisfaction, often accompanied by bonuses. Six years after my job, I started freelancing. I faced many challenges at start, but soon it became streamlined. After sometime into my freelance journey I joined Mr. Paras in his endeavor to build some great products. We became friends during our training. We think deep and do long and fruitful discussions for making decisions about our projects. In my free time, I also like to do investing.

Graphic Designer

Assisted in graphics ralated work

I am a graphic designer with over twelve years of experience. I started my first job when I was a student of Multimedia & Animation in 2012. I have worked for many start-ups and multi-national companies such as Liberty Shoes Ltd., Relaxo Footwears Ltd., Action Shoes Ltd., and Sai Guruji Interior & Adv. Co. and handled many areas related to graphic design and branding. I fell in love with Graphic Design during my fine art course. Because I had some innate ability in drawing, I became good at creating sketch, Illustrations, posters, and ads by hand in much less time. I started learning Graphic Design during the course and my thirst for more has never let me settled. My love with it has rather gone up. I love finding new ways to solve my clients' problems. I always love finding new ways to solve my clients’ problems. The things that keep me pushing forward and going deep into my field are the appreciation I get and the longing they develop with what I create for them. I often see them using my designs years after I created them. I feel great when my clients prefer waiting instead of leaving when sometimes I had to say no to them because I am too occupied. I get to know Mr. Paras through one of my friend who worked near where he was working. I needed some help for my website. I was pleased with how to helped me to get though my problem. We started conversing and with time we developed strong bonding. Now, we assist each other in our projects.
