This legal Agreement (“Agreement”) between you (“Customer,” “Buyer,” or “you”) and Effortless Software (“Effortless Custom Fields,” “us,” or “we”) governs your use of all services (“Services”) and products (“Products”) offered on our website. By accepting these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”), making a purchase, or using our Services, you confirm that you are of legal age and competent to enter into this Agreement.
- Plugin Licensing
We grant you a non-exclusive, limited license to use the Effortless Custom Fields Premium plugin through our website, in accordance with these Terms (“License”). - Live Updates
Live Updates are accessible to customers with an active license. Sharing or reselling your license key is strictly prohibited.
Updates are provided either for a 12-month period from the date of purchase or from the date of renewal. To continue receiving updates after this period, you’ll need to renew your license. - Delivery
Upon successful payment, you will be shown a success message with a link to “My Account” page where you will see license keys (Production & Development). If you forgot your password, you can reset it anytime through a link on Login Form. - Intellectual Property
You hold no intellectual or exclusive ownership rights to any of our Products. All Products are the property of Effortless Software and are provided “as is” with no warranties. - Site Content
All content on ecfwp.com is exclusively owned by Effortless Software or we own the license to use it. Unauthorized reproduction or use of the content, for either commercial or non-commercial purposes, requires prior written consent from us. - Refunds
We process refunds in compliance with our Refund Policy. Make sure to review this policy before submitting any refund requests. We reserve the right to amend our Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. - Support
Priority Support is available to customers holding a valid Effortless Custom Fields Premium license. The duration of this support, along with live updates, will be for 12 months after the initial purchase unless the license is renewed. The unauthorized sharing or resale of your license key is a violation of this agreement and will lead to the immediate termination of your license. This subscription remains active until you cancel it or until it expires. You’ll be eligible for our support services if you own at least one active subscription in your account. - Transactional Emails
By purchasing Effortless Custom Fields Premium, you consent to receive transactional emails related to your license. These may include changes to the license, updates to these Terms, and license expiration notifications. - Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your support license at our sole discretion, without refunds. - Pricing, Recurring Billing, and Payment Methods
We reserve the right to modify pricing and renewal rates. Stored payment methods will only be billed for the original license and not for any subsequent licenses unless you provide explicit authorization. - Cancellation
You can cancel your license at any time through “My Account” page on our website. When you turn off Auto-Renewal switch next to your license, you have cancelled it. You can also cancel it throght customer portal. Cancelling make your license auto-expire at the date you will see in “My Account” page next to your license, but not immediatly. No refunds will be granted for cancellations made before the license term ends. - Privacy
Your personal data is used strictly for internal purposes and will not be sold or shared with third parties, except as needed to provide our Services. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details. - Disclaimer of Warranty
We cannot guarantee compatibility with all third-party plugins, themes, or browsers. Support for such conflicts will be provided at our discretion. - Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither we nor our suppliers or resellers shall be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind. - Jurisdiction and Venue
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of Indian courts for all disputes arising from this Agreement. - General
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. We reserve the right to modify these Terms without prior notice.
